Any of you good folk watch the toughest Sherriff last night on tv.
it just shows how the european human rights bill doe,snt affect America.
This guy had the inmates living in tents ,doing manual labour. shackled together. Boy were his jails a no frills affair. No tv no dvd,s.
a little of his medicine over here would,nt go amiss. he reckon,s your in there for a reason[to be punished] and punished you will be.:cool:

I like the idea of Boot Camp - if potential criminals are led to believe that they will get sent to Boot camp it might make them think twice about offending. :mad:
