20 mph speed limit

While i don't disagree with these would it not help to to stop the kids stepping out in front of a car without looking.I've been there at the high school in thurso nearly hit them and they laughed.Not so funny if i had!!

It's funny that 20 mph zones are unpopular in Caithness , everything else is in the slow lane here.

yes johnl. very off puting when they just amble out in front of you not even looking and with the attitude that says what do you think your doing its my road. and dont try tooting your horn as this only leads to verbal abuse or things thrown at you. but yes 20 mph good idea.
