Gloss Paint Removal

Can anyone recommend something that would remove red gloss paint from woodwork apart from a sander.

paint stripper. may be a bit smelly but works well

Nitromors & a lot of patience. if its really old & thick several coats need to be applied & stripped .Or a blow torch ,but with the torch you have to carefull not to singe the wood, best to just get the paint to blister then scrape & you could then finish off with the stripper. good luck. :eek:
