Is there anywhere locally that I can get t-shirts and baseball caps printed?

have you tried tugmistresses site (it can be found in the orgs wedding section)

it's not strictly local, but yes i set up a site on the net doing t-shirt printing etc, it's actually done in germany and then sent from there but an orger or two have used it and seemed more than happy with the results. there is also a link to the 'shop front' on the weblinks section of my site.
