I'm looking for information on the Margaret Harper who married Alexander Farquhar who I believe was born in August of 1835. I need any information but especially, birth, marriage, death dates, where she was born and who her parents were or where she is buried. Try as I may, I cannot make a connection. I have a letter written between members of my Weir family that refers to old "Sandy" Farquhar being so drunk he fell through the door and I believe that it is the Alexander who was married to Margaret Harper.
I have letters between members of the David Harper family after they moved to North America. At the time the letters were written, the late head of household/father was a David Harper from Wick. I suspect that he may be Margaret's brother but have no proof or even ways to compare names and dats.
I would appreciate any infor anyone has and is willing to share.
