New files printed today in Scotland on Sunday showing how MI5 spied on the SNP
Whether they still are is any ones guess ....but would you put it passed the control freaks in Westminster ??? Nah not one bit as the second link shows

I think that any Intelligence Agency that didn't monitor political parties and groups would be classed as a waste of space!

The period spoken of was over 40 years ago when the SNP was a different kettle of fish to what it is today and was not averse to engaging in illegal activities.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, the FBI had files on clowns like Bud Abbott right through to dangerous political revolutionaries such as Marilyn Monroe and John Lennon. The MI5 won't be any different.

Surely it is MI5's raison d'etre to "spy" or monitor any activities that may relate to the United Kingdom....

So why is it still happening as per the the 2nd link and why does it not happen in Westminster ??
