Its simple really...just keep posting!:) Look in the testing ground and it will tell you how many posts in what time limit you have to make before being made an orger x

The limits are now:

30 days and 150 posts

60 days and 75 posts

120 days and 30 posts

I think it is in user cp top left corner in blue bar then go in to avatar area

best pick an avatar first, type in avatars, then download the chosen one on your pc, christ i sounded like a preacher there, he he ?
then go on the org and click edit avatar. good luck it,s easy you ll soon get it.
