Cemetery Bridge

So what's Scottish Water up to at the cemetery bridge then? I was up a walk this evening and they've driven piles into the riverbed upstream of the bridge about halfway across. Also rope streched across river downstream of bridge looks like a marker.

I suspect they are going to replace the water pipe lost when the brig was washed away last October.
