Hi, as far as I remember its £2. You should take poo bags and a bottle of water would be handy as the room gets very warm at times. Lots of treats are needed as well to help with the training.

Is there anything similar for puppies in the Thurso area too? Wick is a bit far to travel for me...

Unfortunately there isn't any puppy classes or dog training classes in Thurso. Most of us that go travel through to Wick but it's not that easy for everybody.

Hello we have got a 9 week old lab and she will be having her second injection next week. How old do they need to be to start the training as I really want her to be well behaved like our last lab
thanks

Allsorts, everyone has different ideas and the vet will probably tell you to keep her in yet. However, the chances of her picking up ANYTHING is extremely slim and you would want to socialise her in the 'crucial' window period of 8-14 weeks. The class will take her at any age for training.

I may see you there with my own pup I'm keeping from this litter! I do hope you got her from a 'decent' source?

Greenland k9 training, just outside Thurso dont accept puppies till 2 weeks after their 2nd lot of vaccinations, this is also true in older dogs who have to be re-vaccinated e.g Harry my rescue dog (lab) had to be re-vaccinated, and we waited the 2 weeks after the 2nd lot, before we went to training.
Harry had absolutely no form of training or socialising, and in just 2-3 sessions with Carolyne he has come on leaps and bounds...and hes nearly 3:D

Crustyroll, yes we got our pup from a "decent" breeder. I really wanted a choclate lab but knew if I came to see yours I would fall in love and take one. So I held out and we went down to Aberdeen to get her. Look forward to seeing you at puppy training.
