Old Shoe Shop on Argyle Square, Wick

I just wondered if anyone knows who owns the old shoe shop on Argyle Square, it closed down a few months ago. Don't know if the person who owns it lives next to it. I would really like to contact them with a view to possibly renting it. Any info would be appreciated.
