my kids ned to burn off some energy and i thought why not join a self defence class but need to ask if anyone has contact number for the one held in legion in thurso on monday and tuesday night

I am not in the UK, so I'm not much help in that department.
But my sisters kids do "Defendo" which is a combination of the different martial arts and self defence and they love it. Great exercise and fun. They love to demonstrate, using their Dad as the opponent. It's hillarious. [lol]

not quite self defence i don't think but my daughter does kuk sool at miller academy on Moday, wednesday and fridays, and i hear there is a karate class somewhere but have yet to get information on that :(
