does anyone know of a good blacksmith/farrier

Does anyone know a good blacksmith/farrier in the area who will come out to your horses ??
Also who is a good horse vet in the area who will also come out to the horse on your own yard??

We used to use Don Sutherland from Haster. don't know if he still does it tho. But he should know who does.

Hi

I have horses too and i know how important it is.

I have used Sandy Anderson from Watten for years, although he has no transport so you will have to go and get him. I would recommend him.

There is also Don Sutherland - i am sure his son James does it too.
And Keith Hedley, Invershin, 01549421234. These are more expensive.

I think Thurso Vets are good, i would definately recommend them. There is Wick vets too but i have never used them.
