Dog Bins

just back from walk at beach with other half,3year old and puppy, the dog did his business we picked it up then went to put it into bin to find it full of rubbish(not dog poo) how are people supposed to dispose of their dog poo if people are using it as a rubbish bin!

its annoying as the people who are doing this are probably the 1st to complain about it not being picked up![disgust]:mad:
