i can not work out how to draw it but i will explain how.
Draw a large box now put a line through the middle left to right.
Now in the top section put a line down from top to bottom.
Now put 2 lines from top to bottom in the bottom section.
You should end up with something like this but no breaks in the lines.

Now you have to draw a line through each line 1 time only it has got to be a solid line.
