Anyone got a nokia N93 and having problems charging it up and having problems with it turning itself off randomly

The girlfriend had one that had all sorts of problems like that and a few more besides, Im sure she got hers replaced with a new handset and has had no further problems though. Nokia's are usually pretty reliable.
