sony ericsson problems

i have a problem,i hav installed my sony ericsson pc suite for my k750i when i plug the mobile in and the cable into the usb port it dosnt come up on the pc suite as the device is connected!!ive plugged into a different usb portstil no difference,
my mobile is turned on,i followed correct instruction on installing the pc suie,

im baffled can anybody help please?

Right click on "My Computer"

Choose "Manage"

Then choose "Device Manager"


Look at all the devices listed, do you see a http://www.ntu.ac.uk/images/cms47547sml.gif anywhere?

same happened with my Nokia 7270. couldnt figure it out at all. I was using a non-official ebay bought usb cable and not official Nokia kit.

Try searching google.co.uk for any technical support forums for Sony Ericsson.
