Videos from Desktop to Video I Pod

I have just bought a video I Pod and cant seem to get the downloaded video's from the folder on my desktop to the I Pod.

Can anyone Help ??

Have you tried it the same way as moving music over to i pod, using media player, plug in i pod, let it sync, then move your files over via that.

I usually drag and drop files into media player then move them onto i pod

Try add folder or file to library from the file menu in itunes then make sure that is ticked to be synched when you plug in the ipod
