Are they going to change the format of the leagues again next year, a league of nine and one of 6 just looks funny, can't they just have one county league of 15 teams and play each other twice, can each team not fit in 28 games in a season??

No chance of that happening because the gulf between the bottom 4 in the Div.2 and Div.1 would be too great really and also the winter season starts at end of July (for Wick Academy in Highland League) and start of August (For Thurso and Halkirk in North Caley League).
