Windows8.1 disc

Could someone loan me a windows 8.1 disc so that i can reinstall windows,some crook has got access to my system and now i have to re install win 8.1 and i have mislaid the disc.

its easy to remove his footprints and all access

this can be easily done by you or say me remotely.

what are your ACTUAL problems?
