Whatever happened to the boatyard that built ferro-cement (aka concrete!) fishing boats at Scrabster? It was there in the late 70s but gone by the late 80s. It was run by a guy called John Jefferis (or something like that) and a guy whose name I have forgotten but he looked like a badger.
The boatyard was close to where the yacht club building is now.
It seems to have sunk without trace.
