How many folk out there are like me and have sat and watched one of their kids write something wither in an email or as a txt message and wondered just what all the abbrieviations meant?
Well I finally found a comprehensive guide so I thought I'd share it with you;


AAK - Asleep at the keyboard
AAR8 - At any rate
AFAIK - As far as I know
AFK - Away from keyboard
ASAP - As soon as possible
A/S/L - Age/Sex/Location
ATM - At the moment

B - Back

im 21 this year and i to can write like that, i try not to but its easier! i dont let the wee one see me writing like that! lol :lol:

this makes me....as it seems that we have become lazy by using unesessary abbreviations...but then again im being hypocritical about this because i do use them myself....and a few others that havent been mentioned....and im even over the age of 21...lol:lol:
