In view of the littering comments on the Belgian Balloon thread may I ask what the worst case of littering you have witnessed is?
My family and I were driving on the A9 just south of Perth when we saw a man relieving himself at the side of the road making no attempt to cover up what he was doing whilst his passengers flung litter out of the back windows of their car.
