These photos are from the USA Grand Prix at Indianapolis, best seats I ever had in my 4 Grand Prix's so far. The first pic is me. The last pic is after we got home, I was drinking a beer on the way home and my buddy slamed on the throttle at a traffic lights and spilled beer all down my crotch, I seriously did not pee myself, but the photo is a classic, look at my dog scared out of his wits from all the drunks coming home.

Nice to see a Brit winning a US GP after 27 years?

Think young Lewis has a few more wins in him!!!

Just played the video, and my dog, who was asleep on my foot, nearly jumped out of her skin at the sound. Was really funny. [lol]

Well I just heard the news yesterday that the GP will not be returning to Indianapolis, which is very sad news indeed, Tony George and Indy were all for it but it seems the big idiot Ecclestone gets his way again, I am very disappointed and hate him even more than I did before now, F1 needs to get rid of him and his influence on the sport!!

Aye ace video. What we looking for? Is it the over enthusiastic crowd? Or just a few cars going past? I'm glad that was the last US GP it is so boring, more so than the rest. I'm a fan of GP but it is getting pretty boring overall. It's only worth watching the start, the first few laps, and the pit stops its about the only time you see any overtaking. F1 should be more like the Indy Car where they all use the same setup, and then the best driver wins not the best car.

Thats why Tony George made great plans starting this year to change the formt of the F1 track, he is moving a whole street in Indianapolis so he can take the Speedway Museum from inside the track to the outside so he can reconfigure the road course to make it better for F1, Ecclestone knew about these plans and stuffed the USA anyway. We are also getting the Moto GP race here now in the next year or two. About three blocks of the city outside of the track is being flattened and rebuilt into a racing village where there will be a Ferrari museum and Team headquarters for many of the IRL teams. This was George's view of the future which will take 3.5 years to complete but will be well worth it. F1 should have stuck it out. The BBC made comments that the first year we had it the crowd was around 200,000 but dwindled to 125000 in recent years, thats normal, thats the people who really want to turn up after the novelty has worn off, and 125000 is still one of the biggest crowds in the whole season.

BBC also made this comment which is unfair to the USA

One of Indianapolis's most notorious contributions to F1 history was the farcical 2005 race, where safety concerns meant only six cars started.

Thats was F1's contribution to Indianapolis, not the other way round, that was from a bunch of inept people at Michelin and F1 with their heads up their backsides yet the BBC thinks its easier to blame the USA for it, thats one of the reasons for the drop off in attendance, turning up to race and not racing is not the american way, we were lucky there was not a riot.

Ecclestone is a !
