poorly rose

This was once a beautiful yellow climbing rose,now all the leaves are mottled yellow... whats wrong with it and how can I put it right?

Could be rose rust?

try feeding it, and/or give it epsom salts.

Mosaic virus will produce mottled leaves like that, but as the shrub was once healthy try a good magnesium rich feed (that's Epsom Salts like scunner advised).
