Internet Security - Help

Hi, I'm looking to update my internet security soon. I was wondering if anyone was using Kaspersky Personal Security Suite, and if so if it was any good? or any of Kaspersky's other products?
Alternatively is there another Internet Security software manufacturer you'd recommend and why?
I'm using Norton at the mo, but it's quite heavy on the system resources.

I use AVG free anti-virus program and it is very good. www.grisoft.com You can either use the free version or you can pay for the premium version. I am happy with the free version. :D

Our internal MS Exchange system uses Kapersky and it is very good at stopping junk mail and viruses.

I use AVG also and find it very good
