has anyone else noticed the dog poo bin at thurso river on the path near the trees is missing and inconciderate dog owners are leaving bags of poo where it used to be instead of crossing the bridge and putting the bags in the bin by the boating pond? Does anyone know what happened to the bin and why its missing?

I walked past there today and seen it IN the river!
