Can anybody recommend or otherwise Norscot windows and doors?

when i built my house 8 years ago i used norscot for windows and doors.
2 of my windows catches are broken, my patio doors whistle and both front and back doors leak! they have come out to "fix" it all loads of times but so far there is little improvement.i have to wait for wind and rain from the east to give it a real test!!

Thanks, I have seen that but was wanting to see if anybody else had any experiences with them.
