Looking for a Croft/acreage

Bit of a long shot but no harm in asking! Local family looking to get back out to the country are looking for a Croft/acreage to buy for home construction and a small business opportunity. Would prefer a property without a habitable house but anything considered. Thanks

Make sure you check with the planning officers of Highland Council and the local plan before you commit to anything. There are areas where you may get permission and some you may not so worth checking carefully.
