A9 closed for 5 nights starting this Sunday

The A9 is going to be closed at Portgower for resurfacing works, both south and northbound from 7pm Sunday noght to 6am Monday morning, according to the info on trafficscotland.org.
I am surprised there hasn't been more info about it. I spotted it first on the A9 roadwatch facebook page.
Some villagers nearby have been sent letters by BEARScotland, but what about us further north who rely on the A9 to connect us to the south?

I guess that they will have to make provision for those who have to get through but yes, it sounds pretty disruptive.

Vehicles will be key through at 9pm, 1am and 3am each night

At last - The folk of Portgower can wreak revenge on all the folk from Caithness who for years cast aspersions on them.
