Diesel Shortage

Does anyone know why none of the garages in Thurso have Diesel for sale today?

Yeah I noticed this yesterday.

I went to Pennyland to fill up before work and they had no diesel, so went to Dunnets. They had diesel, but I was rather annoyed by the fact that they don't advertise the price ANYWHERE for wither petrol or diesel. Only way of finding out the price is to pick up the pump and wait for the price to be displayed (100.9 for diesel and I believe 102.9 for petrol) A rather sneaky way of catching people out ain't it!

I think that is not allowed - they have to display the price.
I would double check by contacting your trading standards officer.

As for diesel shortage? Maybe the tanker is late delivering? Don't panic until you have had no fuel for a few weeks....
