Talking of the council.
Has anyone else noticed,that again this year they seem to be resufaceing some of the lengths that was resufaced last year, this seems to be happening every year.
Perhaps this year, they will not skimp on the tar,(its a false economy should do the job properly in the first place) and put a thick enough layer for the chips to stick to??
Unlike the Thuso street in Wick, where the white lines from the previous layer, started to show through after a very short time.
