I expect it will not affect anyone currently over the age of 13 or 14 by the time it actually happens up here.

I'd be more pleased if some of the donkeys on the road now were required to resit their test. It amazes me how they actually managed to get a licence in the first place as the standard of driving and parking of many in Caithness is appaling.
