I have a one bed flat that i rent out and the tenents have asked for wall insulation. Do any of you know about the cavity insulation which gets injected into the walls?

In orkney we have an organisation called Keep Orkney Warm that gives free advice on insulation and energy saving and can arrange to blow stuff into your wall cavities - don't you have anything similar in Caithness?
