Change in print size

It seems when I copy & paste to the Literature page, the print always arrives far too big, I dont use this size for the original copy.
What can I do to prevent this happening - as I have no wish to appear to be yelling !

It should simply be a case of highlighting the copied text and then changing the size to something smaller. The standard font is Verdana at size 2 and this can be found just above the message area along with bold, italic, underline, etc.
