Mad March is on us. The madness starts with sadness as we’ve had to say goodbye to ‘wer Dave’, as Mr McKeown moves on to pastures new – we’d like to wish him all the best for the future and are sure that many of you will feel the same. However we have new staff members joining us soon so expect an update on that development in due course.
March madness also brings with it cries of “March already – surely not?”, but I’m not aware of an increase in the rotational speed of Earth which may constitute a scientific explanation why time appears to be Marching on so quickly (apologies for that... had to be done!).
Lastly March has us decked with a very busy month of training as you’ll see from our website (http://www.helcattraining.com/calendar/2017-03/) and downloadable PDF (http://www.helcattraining.com/download/training_calendars/HelCat-Training-Calendar.pdf). As well as our plethora of courses we’re continuing our VQs in Business Administration, Leadership & Management, and Plant Operations (Construction), as well as CITB CSCS / CPCS / ECS / JIB / SJIB Health, Safety & Environment Tests, and NPORS / CPCS Dumper / Excavator / Forklift / MEWP / Roller & Telehandler courses as required.
For April & May we’re looking at running courses in 17th Edition Wiring Regs & Amendment, CHAS & ISO, Driver CPC, PAT, Slinger, Vehicle Marshall and VQ’s for Plant Cards, so if any of those take your fancy feel free to ask Angela for more info.
As always we may be able to assist with potential funding opportunities which are currently available, so feel free to enquire about that.
ROOM HIRE – we have a variety of well-equipped rooms of high-standard available for delivering training, hosting meetings, or for corporate events. Get in touch if you wish to view our facilities or discuss further.
Also, a reminder that we offer an out-of-hours training service should our usual hours not suit your requirements, subject to availability.
