We have unfortunately heard a few rumours that the hotel is closing down, this is not true and we would like to reassure all of our present and prospective customers that this is not the case at all, we intend to be open for the rest of this year, next year and for many years to come! We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their business which we sincerely appreciate and we look forward to seeing you over the festive season.

we should all support the Portland Arms as best we can as Lybster is a better place with the hotel up and running....
