The SNP promise to continue to pay tuition fees for EUstudents.
Anyone else feel all non Scots should be charged?Anyone know how many non Scots get free tuition? Using this article,

there are about 10,000 at the handful of universitiesmentioned, that alone would generate £90 Million a year.
£90million (minimum) would repair quite a few miles of road,fund social care or improve the Scottish NHS.
I am sure someone can enlighten me and explain that thismoney is an ‘investment’ for Scotland, I currently fail to see it.
