How would the recovery service operate when the vehicle was already incapacitated at the time of joining ?. Sounds like they would be out of business very quickly if all their clients waited until after a breakdown before signing up.

i dont think they ask you if you have a current breakdown when you join up.
I agree that it is a bit on the cheeky side though.
