Warning for man who attempted to bite two police constables
A MAN, who attempted to bite two policemen, has been fined £375.
Building site worker, Andrew Henderson, 31, admitted a charge of assault when he appeared at Wick Sheriff Court today and a record.
The incident occurred after Constables David Morton and Shaun Thomas were called to Bremners' Walk, Wick, on May 8,
Solicitor Fiona MacDonald said that Henderson, of 8 Golf View, Lybster village, had "absolutely no recollection" of the incident.
Sheriff Andrew Berry, who observed that the accused's record contained a number of similar offences, warned him that any repetition would be likely to attract a custodial sentence.
