Hi can anyone give me details of how I go about getting external insulation and Harling done on my croft house, details of who to contact and the procedure involved and any costs, many thanks.

EON has a government sponsored scheme going just now, but not sure if any funding is left.

You can get details from these people, phone them and hang up after the automated voice asks if you want a call back and they will phone you. The service I got from them was very good.
