Been getting up to 20 at a time here for the last couple of weeks, a sure indication that Spring has sprung.

Had about a dozen in the garden today, for the first time this year. There was some great squabbling going on between them and the goldfinches and the robins aren't happy about the interlopers either. Lovely to see.
