Maybe its a surprise, maybe one of the band did organise it as a trap to get someone there for a Birthday Party or something and can't tell you. You don't have a Birthday Party coming up :D

Or, maybe there is a Duress a like band that are calling them selves uncannily DURESS and they are here to take over your turf.

PS Maybe one of the band members got blootered in the Y-Not and agreed to do a gig and can't remember?

Ah hah, seems that i may have something to do with this. At the start of April i said to the organiser that we'd be up for a gig he wanted to run at Y-Not. Some hiccups happened on the organisers side so it seemed to just be put off or whatever for a while. I have had no correspondance with the organiser about this since then. Looks like a date has been set without consulting any of the band which is a bit silly seeing as all the members have jobs, one of them being shiftwork which needs to be taken into consideration as it would not be fair to ask that person to take a day off his work just so he can go play a wee gig. I for one am not too happy with how this has been organised and dealt with.

ONE: DURESS ARE NOT BOOKED TO PLAY

TWO: SAXIFUR ARE HEADLINING IT

THREE: I MYSELF WENT DOWN TO Y NOT ON FRIDAY MORNING TO CLEAR THE VENUE WITH ISLA
