My Dad ( Bill Fitzpatrick )was teaching in Wick High School, and one Monday morning, we were living in Milton, and the roads were closed, due to a hefty snowstorm over the weekend... A plough came by, and my Dad cadged lift into town so he could get to school..... I seem to remember we had a couple of snow days, I went to the North school, in Bobby Nicholson's class.....Anyone else remember that winter???
