Accused alleged to have been stalking
A THURSO man is facing a charge of stalking.
Grant Swart made no plea or declaration when he appeared from custody, in private, on petition, at Wick Sheriff Court today.
The 41-year-old was released on bail by Sheriff Andrew Berry pending further inquiry.
The offence is alleged to have occurred at various locations in Caithness, between December 28, last year and January 31.
