Have you ever experienced Pareidolia? Do you see faces in curtain patterns, trees, rocks or other inanimate objects? It seems to me this may explain the basis for religious and ghostly experiences.

And the Indian's head by Duncansby, can't seem to find pic online. Will get have a look through mine.

Also, I find alcohol helps me see many things that aren't there, or things move, without reason.
