Seems that ANgus Robertson is objecting to Scots planes being used to bomb SYria but, scotland a ) isnt an independant country b ) doesnt have an airforce : the only thing robertson could say, is that they dont want strike planes based at Lossie, which he cant, or maybe the base would close. You cant have your cake and eat it Absolute idiocy from robertson.

THE SNP (http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/all-about/scottish-national-party) ’s Westminster leader claimed last night that Scottish fighter jets should “not be involved” in bombing Syria. Six Typhoons stationed at RAF (http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/all-about/royal-air-force) Lossiemouth are ready to fly out to RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus if they are given the green light to launch raids on Isis. But Angus Robertson – the MP for Moray – said: “It is likely that most aircraft will be deployed to Syria from RAF Lossiemouth, which is remarkable considering 72 per cent of Scots are opposed to air strikes and the overwhelming majority of Scots MPs voted against them. “In any normal country, in normal circumstances, Scotland would not be involved. Everyone wants to see the end to Daesh – the question is how best we do that.”

Questions

1 Here does he get the 72% stats from ?
2 Everyone wants to see the end to Daesh – the question is how best we do that.”..well SNP how do we this whats your proposals as anybody can oppose....what are you proposing to do ??
3 WHat does he define as normal circumstances ?

Shameful blatant grievance poltics, yet again.

SNP increasinlgy looking stupid across world media over air strikes.....and Robertson made a big noise on retaining RAF Lossie when RAG KInloss was scheduled to close, now he / SNP are shouting because its being used fro Syria, maybe rUK should close the place down and move it to south of the border afterall why have a base in a country that thinks it can dicatate when and under what cirumstances it can be used....get real :
