Cheaper Air flights?

Hope someone can help me. I am trying to find out how to apply for a discount card for cheaper air flights from Wick.

There's a form you fill in. I know they have them at the travel agent in Thurso (the one near the 3-way traffic lights in town) don't know about Wick or anywhere else though, sorry :(.

Forms are held in Wick Post Office and also in the Terminal Building at the Airport.
