Seventy-five-year-old granted bail after private hearing
AN elderly man is facing charges of lewd and libidinous behaviour.
Seventy-five-year-old Donald Calder Sutherland made no plea or declaration when appeared on petition, in private, at Wick Sheriff Court today.
Sutherland, described as resident in Caithness, was released on bail by Sheriff Andrew Berry, pending further inquiry.
The allegations are said to be historic.
