It fell and no longer working can anybody localy recover this for me ?

you need to send it off to specialist company with a clean room as dust can damage the data, that would be expensive my suggestion is to cut your losses and replace the hdd, unless there is mission critical data for a buisness ect...

I've never had one successfully recovered, thankfully the 2 I have dropped were personal photos and not clients ones...moral is back up, back up, back up
