Anybody know when the tree lights are getting switched on in the Market square

I 'think' it's the 28th. Only know this as my little girl had a slip home with her from nursery last week saying there was a Children's Parade before the lights are flipped on. I'm offshore at the moment so can't double check but I am pretty certain it's ~4pm on 28th.
